This article will give you step-by-step instructions on how to add Rose inventory to your online Square store.
First, you need to set up your Square online store. See here: https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/6852-get-started-with-square-online-store
NOTE: You will not add your images to inventory in Rose, but you will in Square.
1. Log into Square: https://app.squareup.com/login
2. Select Items & Services
3. Select Items
4. From the dropdown, Select Item Library
5. Enter SKU into Search Box. Click on the item to edit.
6. Pro Tip: Keep a Google or Excel Sheet open to copy/paste SKUs and dimensions for items you want to sell online.
7. The Description must be uppercase and lowercase letters. In addition, it must retain the Rose SKU in the item name in order for Rose to track online Square sales. You can drag your image from Google Photos or upload it from your hard drive.
8. Change the category if applicable. For example, if you wanted your items under a specific header/category on your website, you would search for that and check the box.

9. If you offer shipping, enter the weight
10. Click on the Toggle button next to your location (blue means it's active) and select Visible from the drop-down box.
11. To turn off shipping on items, click on Edit next to online fulfillment methods and uncheck for shipping and hit Done.
12. Be sure to double-check your work and hit Save to complete.
13. You're Done!
