How to Print Consignor Checks

Handwriting checks for your consignors can be a tedious and unnecessary job with Rose.

To print a check you must select Check as the payment method and supply a Check Number in the Check.Num field. If you are not interested in tracking the check number in Rose, just enter something into the field to complete the payment. For assistance on how to pay out a consignor check out this article - paying out consignors . Rose will print a check on a QuickBooks compatible voucher check.

You don't have to buy your checks from QuickBooks but they need to be the voucher style with the top 3rd as the check and the bottom 2/3 as perforated voucher copies. Rose prints the customer voucher on the first voucher and a store copy on the bottom voucher, which you tear off and keep for your records. The checks should be pre-printed with your banking info as Rose doesn't print that.

This is the style of check that Rose uses. Make sure your checks have the banking information pre-printed on the checks and Rose will fill out the rest. You'll want checks with no lines except the signature line
