Recover CC fees/consignors and vendors pay cc fees

Rose has the ability to recover your Square credit card fees on consigned items.

Click the alter button next to a sales batch to go inside.

Check the box "RECOVER ALL CARD.FEES" within a specific day's Sales Batch (top right) before posting the batc.

Items that have credit card fees will have that fee deducted from the consignor's payout price. Make sure to disclose this to your consignors so that they understand why their split doesn't match their consignment %. 

We recommend that instead of recovering credit card fees that you charge a sales % that covers your business expenses like CC fees and adds a profit margin. If that's not an option, try recovering credit card fees before posting your sales.
